It was a great trip. My oldest son was teaching in France at the time and he and I met up in London for a week of "just guys".

Scary part of this pic is that it is NOT a sculpture. It is a building.

I'm sure that it has some deep significant meaning that only the creator of the sculpture would understand. There are sculptures out there that can really move you and then there are others that make you go WHAT? How was your trip? One of my dreams is to go to Wimbledon and be able to watch a match.

You are so right. While I dont agree with teh War in Iraq, I am so thankful to the men and women who fight for this country everyday. so I'm with you. Thank you so much for the sacrifices that you make.

A really good friend of mine's brother just got back in November is set to go back again in August. He has a new baby and it's really hitting him hard this time. They give so much for things that we appreciate so little.

THANK YOU.

The picture made me think of this summer when my best friend, visiting from North Carolina, and myself took our 3 kids, my two boys and my Goddaughter, to the zoo. My Goddaughter threw her sippy cup in for the bears to play with. Hey, she wasn't two yet okay. The two bears actually were fighting over the cup. It was so crazy, I thought I would just run away and act like I didn't know them!!!! Crazy bears, cups are for babies!!!

Thanks Jill. Totally understand about the "keeping the eyes open". Why is being a student considered to be sleep optional anyway?

This picture made me laugh. I really good friend of mine is terrified of bridges. MAybe she saw this image as a kid and it has always stuck with her.

My writer's block is especially profound the last few days, btu im trying to come up with interesting quips of information, but jeez it's hard. Especially when i can hardly keep my eyes open.

Hope things are going better.

Torina, Just remember that a perfect photo rarely presents itself as such. A lot of those "whatever" pictures become priceless over time. With 1,400 to be printed, I think you have the concept.

Ouch, that will put a big hole in the budget!
